SHELTER
The Salvation Army's Center of Hope shelter is a 75-bed facility that can accommodate men, women, and families, and also serves as an emergency disaster shelter for our community. The shelter includes amenities like a full-service kitchen and laundry facilities, social services, and programs to help with housing and employment.
Each dorm contains bunk beds, lockers and bathroom facilities with showers. Linens and toiletries are provided and laundry facilities are on site. The Shelter Program does require participants to be drug and alcohol free.
COMMUNITY FEED KITCHEN
Community Feed Kitchen, is located in the Center of Hope. Shelter residents receive breakfast and dinner served in the dining room, along with a bagged lunch to take with them as they head out for work, school, or job searches.
Beyond our Shelter Resident Meal Program, the Community Feed initiative provides a bagged lunch and a hot evening meal from 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. each day. Everyone in our community is welcome — simply come by for pick-up, no ID or paperwork needed.
